Services
At Newlings of Royston, we have a total commitment to the service of the bereaved and the care of the deceased. We understand that this is a difficult time and are available whenever you need us. We are a family run business, offering a personal, professional service, delivered by our friendly team with empathy and dedication.
At Newlings of Royston, we offer a wide variety of funeral services at the highest standards. We have been serving our local community since 1945, and are proud to deliver a sensitive level of care to our clients. We can arrange a funeral at the crematorium of your choice, with the flexibility of a service elsewhere, taking place before or after the cremation.
For non-urgent enquiries, you can either call the above number during office hours, or use our contact form. We will respond to messages as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours. From time to time we recruit Casual Driver Bearers, Receptionists, Funeral Assistants, Embalmers, Funeral Arrangers, Funeral Managers and Accounts staff.
With our funeral plans, we will make sure that your loved ones are spared much of the organisational and financial burdens. You'll have specified every detail in advance and taken care of all the costs within our control, giving you peace of mind. No matter how much the costs of our services change over time, neither you nor your family will be asked for a penny more than what has been agreed, sparing you the worry of unforeseen expenses.
Losing someone you care about can be one of life's most difficult experiences. There are no easy answers when trying to help a bereaved family come to terms with their loss. Every situation is unique, and people react in very different ways. For help and guidance following a bereavement, we have a complimentary booklet written by Dr Bill Webster, a renowned bereavement counsellor.
