Our philosophy is very simple - flexibility. Record when you want, where you want. We're not keen on the usual recording studio set up, Quite simply, we don't ask for any form of block booking, or limit you to where you record. We originally developed this idea whist running our own studio and record label in London, working with pretigious clients including a number of world famous acts.
The clock is ticking and the pressure to deliver actually detracts from the creative process. Add to this the standard block booking approach - an 8hour session in a studio can be very tiresome and detract from the end product. We are totally passionate about getting the best performances possible, and believe our innovative approach leads to a much more creative and enjoyable experience for all involved.

John, Producer and Manager of the studio, is a professionally qualified Engineer with the highest academic Sound Engineering qualification available in the UK (first class honours Electronic Engineering with Music Technology Systems, University of York).
He has a proven track record, including working with a number of big name acts (we don't like to namedrop but let us know if you want more info!) and working as Studio Manager and head of A&R for Institutionalized records in London.He is also a prolific and diverse composer and has a growing reputation delivering tracks for the media industry including films & TV.

Our approach to recording depends on the individual requirements of each project. Typically, we prefer to record acoustic elements of each track at a location familiar to the artist e.g. We are in touch with a diverse set of session musicians in both Yorkshire and London who can add a professional touch to a track.
We have so much equipment in the studio we haven't got round to listing it all as yet but bear with us! However, please check out the kit list from our other Studio below - each piece of kit is available at either location on request, just let us know! Our studios are based around the latest professional digital technologies.
