My name is Nina and I am a qualified pet groomer, owner and the face behind Pooch Wellness Dog & Cat Grooming salon and Pet Shop in Royston. I am passionate about the care and love of all animals, in particular dogs & cats. I have OCN Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming, Dog Behaviour, Perfect Puppy Foundation & Canine First Aid.
Please read carefully the "Grooming Contract" before booking any of our services. By having your Pet groomed with us, you are accepting our terms & conditions in this contract. You agree, your pet is fit and healthy. Grooming of sick and elderly pets is entirely at the owners' risk. Grooming may expose underlying skin and health problems that we cannot be held liable for.

Today, we brought our lovely cockapoo to Nina for grooming. Nina did an exceptional job, and our furry friend looks absolutely beautiful. She paid attention to our specific requests, such as letting his eyelashes grow and keeping his leg hair a bit longer. We are immensely grateful, Nina, for making our boy look perfect. Best regards.

Nina is so lovely with my dog. She correctly noticed he had an ear problem which I had not picked up. He used to dread going to the groomers but enjoys seeing her. I will point out that when being groomed he shrieks and howls, so if you are passing when she's work on him , it's not her fault. He's just really anxious. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nina.

Fantastic experience.
My dog was matted and in a very bad condition following my usual groomer closing. He had to have a very short cut to sort him out and she did a brilliant job and he smells fantastic! It was also lovely to collect him and he's allowed to potter round the shop and seemed comfortable to be there! Also a lovely selection of treats for a reward for them behaving for their cut!

Fantastic Friendly Service, Thankyou so much Nina for a lovely treatment on our French Bulldog ‘Betsy’ Professional and friendly atmosphere! I felt very comfortable leaving our girl with Nina and to be honest I Think Betsy wouldn’t have had a problem with staying with Nina even longer! 🤣 she loved the attention and fuss! Betsy had her appointment… on Monday and she still smells gorgeous! So nice to have a grooming parlour in royston for our fury friends , rather then having to travel to other places! Definitely be making a monthly appointment! Thanks again Nina
