Potential customers please be aware of their service. Was liaising with Nick to buy Hyundai i40. Agreed the price and advised him yesterday that I will be coming today from London approx 3 hours journey. Called this morning and he said their other salesmen agreed with another customer to come and view the car today. He said if I pay a deposit they can reserve the car for me which I agreed. He said he will need to speak to the other salesmen and his manger and will email me within 10 minutes. I waited more than 30 minutes but no email received. I called him back he said he sent it and it would be

I keep returnung to this garage ever and ever again, even now I leave quite far and it a real pain to get from and back to other side of Bristol. But their service is very good, unbeatable on price compared with branded garage, frendly and professional. I rarely had any trouble with them and trust them not to invent faults and extra jobs to rack up the bill. MOT and service booking service is quite efficient, though online webform does not export comments box, which is a shame. I've used their bodyshop too for an insurance repair job and would say it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Took motor home in for manifold exhaust repair the bill escalated because they needed to get a "specialist" company in to remove the exhaust. I stated that I wasn't happy with this and agreed a price which I was later charged more than I had agreed. Then after failing MOT on wheel bearings they wanted to charge nearly £200 for bearings. I stated I would buy the bearings elsewhere(£60) and they agreed to fit them. Collected my vehicle and promptly broke down on M4 about 15miles later as the wheel bearings had failed. They tried to state that the bearing were faulty and I needed to pay for everything
