When we are making arrangements for your testing site visit, we will estimate the length of time it may take in case you wish to timetable accordingly. Once we have agreed the date and time of your Site Visit we will confirm this by letter or email. Upon arrival on site, our test engineers introduce themselves to your designated member of staff, and offer an explanation of how the visit will be conducted, and the nature of work to be carried out.
Your Report is presented as a bound document, or at no extra charge as a CD for use as a spreadsheet, which has proved to be an invaluable resource for many of our customers.
