Some of the worst communication I've ever come across from any professional service organisation. Errors got made on payslips, things got forgotten to be processed, and lots of little things regularly slipped through the net. Sad, as their sales pitch promised so much. Used them for 4 months, but certainly won't be going back unless something very significant changes.
Edit: admittedly one of their new managers has been good to deal with when processing the transition to our new payroll provider. Hopefully she is the start of some positive changes within this company.

I have been offerring payroll services to my clients for about 20 years, and have never had a single complaint until I started using Rollpay. As soon as I did I began getting about 3 complaints per week and lost a lot of goodwill and clients as a result.
They admitted their software was not adequate for the size of their organisation, but offered no apology or redress, the one thing they are VERY good at is taking your money, as they sign you up to a minimum 12 months DD
