Allan and Samantha have arranged several mortgages for us over the last 5 or 6 years and have been the model of efficient professionalism each time. Arranging a mortgage can be very stressful, but they have always been incredibly patient and given us clear guidance (and no small amount of reassurance at times!) through several complex mortgage and conveyancing scenarios from remortgaging to buy-to-let. We really can't recommend them highly enough.

As first time buyers, we were a little unsure as to how to get a mortgage, but Allan explained everything to us in simple terms, and gave us some good tips during our initial chat as to how to increase our credit score. Allan was a great support during the whole house buying process, especially when Covid hit and our new build house was delayed by several months. Allan continued to help us despite all the delays, including extending the mortgage offer twice.
