Place is looking really run down. Lots of areas within soft play damaged and broken. The place needs a deep clean as all filthy, which makes it look more run down.

Kids loved the soft play, cafe nothing to write home about and baby change in the under stairs cupboard was an interesting experience. Also pretty cold when you're sat and the kids are playing.

Awful customer service. Over charged by nearly £10 for food. Pointed the error out to be told that they weren't allowed to refund. Then watched same assistant give incorrect change to another customer. Avoid at all costs!!!

Took my 2 children there today, all the slides were being held together with tape, looks like its never been updated the whole time its been there

Good for a family evening, but hardly any of the machines work, not worth £31 for 3 games needs updating deco wise and more variety on food. But friendly staff.

Prices are great as my partner and I only pay £2 for ourselves and nothing for my 11 month old as he goes free. The downside is that there is hardly any staff presence at the reception which means you end up waiting ages before your seen, regardless of the fact that its usually fairly quiet. Speaking of being quiet, it is silent in there most days. No background music at all. As well as this by the state of the place, it doesnt seem like its cleaned in between sessions, or at all to be honest. The price and locality is the main thing that gets us to choose this soft play area.

I came with the children and bought a drink and cake for each. i was overcharged by £10 because they had put the wrong cakes through and they refused to refund even though it was 100% their mistake. offered no apology and no money back. literally daylight robbery.

Bowling good fun, nice friendly staff bit slow on service as they seemed to have to be running around doing a bit of everything with very few ppl working but they were all rly helpful and happy 😊

Pcamo here for a birthday party with my daughter and my son came to play. Half assed menu with not a lot of choices. Decided me wanted the chicken bucket thing. To be told no chicken nuggets. Staff didn’t look liked they cared at all pulling a what do you want me to do about it sort of attitude. I then said about a beef burger and cheese and they… asked if we wanted salad I agreed. Got given burger with no salad or cheese. We were rushed through our meal because the session ended when we weren’t told there was sessions and we took our time eating as the lady told me she would

Very dated. Surprised it still going as it looks like nothing has changed in 30 years. Presume it relies on holiday makers. Only went bowling and amusement games are few and far between and naff.

Lovely morning in the soft play and bowling, would highly recommend for a morning out of the rain!! Soft play was beautifully clean (white socks were still white at the end).
Staff were great too and very happy to help.
