Folio was a subcontractor to our mgnt agent coveing numerous alspects of maintenance of our developement. When we asked to provide us with record of smoke alarm testing because in spite of huge smoke in our kitchen smoke alarms stayed silent when faulty toaster blowed up , Folio refused to provide info and woman on the phone refused to give her name for reference of the call! #bbcwatchdog here is your new episode!
