Incentive Facilities Management
To give clients and staff the experience and feelings of an in-house team with all the business benefits of an outsourced one. We achieve this through true transparency and the development and empowerment of our staff ensuring they have a desire to deliver the very highest standards in whatever they do.

Incentive FM offers a true total facilities management solution unlike any other in the market place today. Our open book commercial structure and our ability to self-deliver all main services; cleaning, security, catering, maintenance and front of house, give us a unique position in the market place and regularly helps our clients save at least 15% from their facilities costs.
Services
When we started in 2001 we set out to bring a fresh, dynamic approach to facilities management based on quality and results delivered by a flexible, highly-motivated team of individuals that each had a personal stake in the business, oh yes - and to have some fun along the way. Do you know, that's pretty much what we've achieved.
We say people aren't an asset! Our people are "EVERYTHING"! They are fascinating and challenging and creative and emotional and brilliant. They are the lifeblood of our business, they make it tick, they drive us forward, they are the innovators and most of all they make us smile. While other companies look for market differentiators in technology and lower margins we have created our USP through developing our people.

Avoid this company, they're waste of time. I applied for security position and after I did the interview I waited one month and their answer was I had CCJ so they can't Employ me.

No stars if I could. Did a small handyman job for them in an office up here in Stirling that they manage. That was in April 2019. I have still not received payment for the work done despite many invoice reminders being sent, and calls with the person who arranged the work with me. Avoid doing anything for them if you expect payment.
Update Sep/2021 - after more reminder invoices being sent I then received contact from the company. I have finally received payment including the interest and late payment collection charge I had included. That was two and a half years!

This company does not even warrant one star. Shockingly bad management at every level, to the point of farcical. Ive experienced problems all round with these guys, in every department. Extremely poorly organised with a backward approach to dealing with problems. Zero support from management 'team'. I have never worked for such a bad company and I would advise everyone to stay away.

Comserve employ dishonest people who make fake and fictitious claims following a minor traffic accident. We have photo and video evidence showing how minor the incident was but still their employee is making false allegations. It seem these days everyone is looking for personal injury compensation. Shame on you!!
