Very efficient & understanding. The process is very simple to follow. For those with a less than great credit rating, there will be some seemingly intrusive questions, but just be honest and they WILL be able to help. I had problems with replying to their emails because my security settings classed them as spam , so bear this in mind if you can't see their emails.
