Abundant Recruitment was established by its owner and managing director, Chris Chambers in 2015. Chris wanted to set up a dedicated specialist property recruitment company focusing on finding the best candidates in the property industry as he was getting very disillusioned by how recruitment companies operated.

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Mortgage Advisor. There will be warm leads readily available from our clients team of estate agents so you will never be short of business to write. Full administrative back up is also provided so this allows you to get on with what you do best and that is deal with customers.
As head of commercial you will be responsible for overseeing a small team. Plus the disposal (sales and lettings) and acquisition of offices, industrial buildings and development sites. Part of the role is looking after RICS valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals as well as providing clients with advice on property strategy.
