Chain snapped on my e bike at the weekend. Called the store on Monday they fixed it the same day and converted my tires to tubeless all inside of 30 mins for a very reasonable price. Ready to ride again within 24 hours. Nicely done John, thank you. Would absolutely recommend MB Cyclery.

Fantastic service! Got a puncture at 9.30am; took bike in at 9.40am; back on the road at 9.55am. Now tubeless.. so hopefully no more punctures!

Dropped in on first day of 3 day ride as bike chain had died. They fixed it straight away no wait and no charge. These people are straight up quality. Thank you. Also shop was stocked with very nice sht.

Took my bike for a full pivot bearing change last year. I’ve just stripped the bike down to find they only replaced 4 out of the 8 bearings.
Had also asked them to sort the gearing out as it was skipping through gears. Nothing was fixed there, took it to another bike shop to find that the mech hanger was bent and they hadn’t bothered to straighten it.
They did however do a good job on rebuilding my shock.

Excellent service - all the guys know about bikes, parts and setup and can advise on all aspects when buying a bike - getting the kit that's right. Importantly the ability to test ride a bike for a couple of days proper riding out on trails differentiates the shop from others not so accommodating. A real pleasure doing business with engineers.

Fantastic service and advice from start to finish. Scoured the country looking for a specific frame, Mike was the first to respond to my enquiry and able to supply, unlike some other disinterested calls and responses I received.
Superb straight forward advice on components for the custom build. Especially alternative forks when the set I intended to buy, were out of stock nationally and sending pictures of a mock up. Ended up with a better spec bike that's a little different from the status quo, and I'm even happier with it!

I popped in on the off chance that they may be able to fix my sons rear derailleur after he managed to smash it. All of the usual bike chains were quoting long lead times but, we were due on a bike ride that afternoon. Ben checked and whilst he didn't have that particular spare in stock, he not only took one off a shop bike, but managed to squeeze us in to the workshop to get us up and running.
