City Psychology Group
CPG was established in 2007 to meet the growing need for high-quality psychological services that are accessible to all, including busy professionals and others feeling the pressures of fast-paced London life. Since then we have built a team of approximately 28 Chartered Psychologists with expertise across the full range of psychological issues and interventions.

They work across five Central London locations, supported by a dedicated administration and customer liaison team. We offer an assurance of quality: clients working with CPG receive the very best help, whatever the issue. Chartered Psychologist is a legally protected title: only psychologists who qualify may use it.
Services
CPG is a private practice made up of more than 25 Chartered Psychologists, with an outstanding breadth of talent and experience. Our approach is evidence-based but tailored to you: as Chartered Psychologists we have the skills to deliver a wide range of psychological services, including psychological therapies, and to weigh up the research evidence on what kind of intervention is likely to be most helpful to you.
I've discovered through my training and experience as a practitioner and as the Clinical Director of CPG that psychological interventions can truly transform people's lives, sometimes in a relatively short amount of time. And, in the case of mental health, this can produce better outcomes than medical treatment for some people.
I have always been motivated by the idea of helping people better manage the challenges of life whilst inspiring them to recognise their assets and utilise these to reach their full potential. In respecting my clients' individual concerns and needs, my therapeutic approach is informed by a variety of psychological skills and tools taken from different schools of therapy.
I see our mental health as closely related to wider issues of meaning, purpose, and the universal struggles of the human condition. I am a firm believer in the potential of everyone, and believe that mental health difficulties can be a useful starting point for longer-term growth. I have always harboured an interest in the larger questions of life, leading me to complete a Masters degree in philosophy as well as my psychology training.
I have always been intrigued by the way words and communication between people can elicit change. I think of myself as an explorer of the mind, excited by its paths and mysteries. I am motivated to guide people safely through the challenging journeys of their inner world, leading them to live a better life by getting closer to being the kind of person they wish to be.
