Director phoned me twice with no results, just to cover her backside.
One job role offered, after two months of follow up zero other roles, and turns out original role doesn't exist.
They lied, they stole, they cheated.
An abhorrent company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Brightwater are a great company but I have to give most of my thanks to Karren Bellew! She was such a star and I now have a permanent role, she makes you feel like a friend more than an employee. The staff are very friendly and there are very quick to respond if you have any queries.

I couldn't recommend this company anymore. Karen is such an amazing person that has shown me that there are people that will go above and beyond for you. Such a lovely women and very professional in every way. Got myself a full time job from here and will be sad to be leaving. But always keep moving forward. Thank you Karen 😁

Cannot rate this professional company higher than 5* but if i could, then i would. General consensus amongst colleagues (both agency and former agency that went perm) is that they most def are a cut above. Everyones v couteous and professional anytime ive had to contact. Never been paid late or the wrong amount. Only dealt with Karen Bellew and the process from first point of contact to installation in current job was seamless, stress free, transparent and totally supported. I am still in that role and very happy within my role. Total support 24/7. Dont think my consultant sleeps. Always a prompt

Back in March I got in touch with Brightwater as I wanted to further my career and begin something that I enjoyed and would benefit my career path and future. Up until this point I was using the same ambiguous, vague CV and honestly didn’t know where to begin. I had previously tried other recruitment agencies and went through the same routines of meeting them, answering questions about myself and explaining what I wanted to do for them to give me high hopes and then recommend another minimum wage job that had nothing to do with what I wanted to progress in for my future.
When I contacted Brightwater

Great to deal with from the start. Always sorted out any problems I had. Even efficient in paying my holidays when I finished temping. Karen looked after me very well and now I have a permanent position. Couldn't really ask for more!

A little poor...I was working with Stephanie McQuillian, however she was almost 15 minutes late which didn't leave a good impression. Also the page they issue giving so call promises which they will do...has grammar mistakes.

I would definitely give bright water a 5 out of 5 especially Karen Bellew who was my consultant during my time at bright water.
The moment I met Karen she inspired me to be the best version of myself and to try my best. Its great to have someone who is literally just a call away for advice when you need it.
Nothing is ever too much for Karen and she really helped my confidence grow which I believe played a big part in me being made permanent in my job at sse.
For my interview she helped me prep and encouraged me to be positive and believe in myself. I can't thank Karen enough for everything

Brightwater is by far the best recruitment agency I have ever worked for.. I cannot praise all the staff in the group highly enough. Especially Karen. Consider yourself lucky if you have Karen watching your back. Not only did I secure dream jobs, gain confidence and feel valued as an employee.. I gained a friend for life!

What's with every recruitment agency in Belfast not doing their job? I signed up to this agency a few months ago and haven't received a single call regarding a job. Don't waste your time.
