At Castle Powder Coating Ltd we are a friendly family run business based in Castleford West Yorkshire. We offer a range of service providing a high quality decorative finish to all metal products. Services Report

Without the technical jargon. Powder coating is a fine coloured powder, applied by static to any metal object. Typically that "metal object" will be Metal garden furniture, car and bike parts or following a new trend, industrial bedroom furniture (you get the gist). This is then cured under heat to provide a uniform smooth finish.

Faq Report

Paint in general is a solid pigment in a solvent solution. It is applied wet and either air-dries or is baked dried in an oven, as the paint dries the solvents evaporate releasing any VOC ( volatile organic compounds) contained in the solvent leaving a thin (less than 1mm) film of coloured pigment.

I dropped my wheels off at 8am, got a call to say they are done at 2.45 that afternoon. That's tyres off , dipped , coated and tyres refitted with new valves and balanced. Brilliant job, turned around in a day.

Dropped my set of wheels of on a Wednesday around 2pm and the very next day before 12 lunch time. They was complete. Astounding turn around of less then 24 hours. Perfect colour and quality is second to none. Even fitted my new tires plus balancing too. Could not recommend Karl enough for his service. Will most definitely be returning. 10/10

Excellent job done by CPC on my fiance's Focus ST wheels for his Xmas present. Quality is spot on and pricing is very reasonable. Dropped off wheels with tyres still on Monday and was ready for collection the following morning. I would definitely return myself and recommend to others! The colour in the photos is their standard Graphite.

Great job done on my kitcar recently...everything from the spaceframe chassis, wishbones, hubs etc. All blasted and coated, couldnt be happier such a quality job. Will use CPC again and would definitely recommend
