Critical: Professionalism
Not at all professional when it comes to admin or getting workers paid. Emails to the payroll/accounts go unanswered for days, remittances go out late to umbrella companies causing payment delays, and I had at least one instance of them sending information to the wrong place, which is technically a data breach under GDPR...

Had a fantastic experience with Globe Locums...
My Consultant, Jasper Sawyer was brilliant, always keeping me up to date with new positions and any query that I may have had...
He would even sort out any issues regarding compliance which made my life so straightforward.
Always did what he said he would do which is not always the case with Consultants, however, Jasper was brilliant to work with..
During Covid 19 Jasper always kept me up to date with changes in guidance and policies which was really useful during a stressful time.

I'm quite surprised to read some of the 1 star reviews... I have recently joined Globe and have done three shifts so far, my personal consultant Patricia is fantastic as well as when I've phoned up and spoken to payroll (when sorting out my umbrella company) on both times, the customer service was great and my questions were answered/actioned. No issues or complaints from me. All I can think from the poor reviews, is that people are expecting the wrong/unrealistic outcomes or don't get their way, so take it out on Globe.
