Hiya! Welcome to our website, we're so happy you've found us! We are a happy little pet shop located in Nelson, Lancashire. We love our local customers so much but we're trying to get our name out there and attract customers from all around to come in and see our pets and pet products. Yeah we know you can just go to any old pet shop but no one else will serve you with as much enthusiasm and energy as we will!

Unlike a lot of pet shops these days, animals come first to us. We love all our little critters so much as we do our best to ensure they are going to the right homes! Our staff (whom you can meet if you scroll further down) are the best around, we all know different things about different animals and we all work wonderfully as a team.

This shop really is absolutely fantastic. It's got everything you need to feed, house and medically treat your pet without the huge price tag. The advice you get is good and very accurate, all the staff are so knowledgeable and they even offer a delivery service.
Wouldn't go anywhere else. 🙂

Always found the staff friendly and helpful a well stocked little shop if they haven't got what you want they will order it in for you,there birds are all well looked after and in good condition.i would recommend this shop to anyone,

Awful, terrible place. I've made the mistake, twice, of buying from here. Staff are clueless, give completely the wrong info and are INSANELY over-priced. First example is a cage, bought from here that I found for less than half price elsewhere (and not just in one place, in total I found the same cage for around half price in 3 other stores). Secondly, I bought some aquatic plants for a friend. Turns out they were not aquatic at all but only suitable for a Terrarium. The plants simply rotted away and polluted the water. Seems that being the lone pet shop in Nelson has advantages only for the owners

This is a lovely little well stocked shop, the staff are very friendly with great knowledge on everything they stock. Often doing deals to save us money.i find their cheaper than most place s .i once had a problem with aquatic plants so spoke to the staff for advice and found it was my tank that wasn't supplying the right nutrients and lighting. I now have a beautiful tank. I highly recommend the shop.
