Bill is amazing we’ve bought a 12 week old African grey from him and the support has been amazing we’ve visited his shop and taken out baby Oscar for training and so we can learn how to handle him we spent an hour just picking him up and getting Oscar to step up this is amazing as we now feel confident to handle Oscar without fear of being bitten .
Amazing guy great service never known anyone so amazing with birds .

Absolutely amazing from first visiting Exotic Feathers to leaving with our beautiful baby Galah cockatoo, all the birds are so so tame and the owner Bill is more than happy to let you handle them, and you are only ever a text or phone call away if you need help or advice which is first class,

I would definitely recommend this shop
Bill is fantastic
Makes you feel welcome
And knows his stuff on birds
All the birds are tame
The shop is clean
The birds look healthy and happy
He even managed to get my nervous 10 year old to put a budgie on his finger
A miracle
We have now got a lovely tame budgie who is settling in nicely
It was worth the hour drive to get there
And any future birds will definitely be purchased from exotic feathers
If you like birds this is definitely worth a visit
It’s truly unbelievable how tame his birds are even African greys
So give it a go

Got both my macaw and galah cockatoo from here.
Bill is an amazing man, very down to earth and loves each and every one of his parrots to pieces.
I’ve had my galah and macaw for a while now, no problems, brilliantly reared with amazing temperaments. 100% the only place I’d consider getting a bird from now.
Down side - they don’t do budgies / cockatiels anymore :(

Amazing guy. Such a beautiful soul. Couldn't ask for a better person. Got one and then another the next day. Drove an hour one way. People drive 70 miles plus to get birds from Bill. He lets you see the birds as well. Wasn't even buying one the day we got ours but was putting a deposit down. He even convinced me not to get my dream bird of a gold and blue macaw because after I told him about my lifestyle and what I wanted he said an African grey would be better. (The second bird I wanted) so he turned down £2000 as he didn't want me having to rehome his babies. He really does love his babies and

We bought a Sun Conure from Bill at Exocit Feathers. The guy helped explain everything we was in the shop a hour and half before we bought the bird. His passion for breeding birds comes through and you can just tell he looks after every bird the same (with great care and attention)
I would reccoment this place if you sre serious about buying a bird.

Been in today and bought an African grey.What a lovely time and experience.We call Bill the parrot whisperer he is a lovely young man . The shop is clean quiet and calm . The babies are tame and will step up to anyone .Bill was amazing with my granddaughters inspiring them with enough confidence to handle the birds. We can't wait to pick our new baby parrot up after our holidays . We have been told we are welcome to visit him again before we go away.

Can't say enough about bill and his shop exotic feathers, from the time he spent with us when we were "just looking", to helping us arrange a surprise for my eldest lads birthday, communicating by text, and always being there even just for advice, he's always willing to get out most of the birds (one or two exceptions) an when I get chance and the financing I will be back, not for a budgie, but for an Alexandrine parrot, as he stocks most birds Inc.
