I take full responsibility for all aspects of my business, from the initial contact with a customer right through to completion of a clearance, when you call my business it will be me you speak to, if you request a quotation to clear your property it will be me who meets you at your property to supply one, in short "the buck stops here".

Mark and his team cleared my parents house and garage recently. Not only did they do a terrific job leaving their home in an immaculate state, but the support and advice offered by Mark was truly invaluable and very much appreciated. It has been a few months since Mark conducted the clearing on my deceased parents' property in Margam, Mark made such a strong and favourable impression on both my husband and myself, and we can't thank him enough for his integrity, his courteous demeanour, and his ability to make us feel comfortable in what should have been an emotionally difficult process, I wish him great success in his future endeavours.

House Clearance Pencoed, I wanted to congratulate Mark and his team at NAC Property Services on such a splendid job they made of clearing my late Fathers Home in Pencoed the other week, their services really surpassed our expectations. I truthfully do not know what we'd of done without their service!... the task before us was just too overwhelming everywhere was stuffed to the gunnels with 'stuff'.. yet Mark and his team cleared everything away down to the last speck of dust leaving the house immaculate...even going above and beyond the call of duty and mowing the front lawn which was a most thoughtful
