Not living in Cardiff I needed the work doing on a Sunday and Steve was flexible and did the work on a Sunday afternoon. Communication was excellent and the job done efficiently and I was very happy with the way Steve and his team completed the task. If you want a property cleared properly and professionally then you need to phone Cardiff House Clearance. If fly-tipped waste is traced back to a particular household, the householders could be fined up to 5000. However, the ultimate aim is not to fine people, but to ensure that they use registered waste carriers.

Steve and the three others on the team did an outstanding job of clearing.Steve was helpful and reassuring before the actual day of the clearance and the day itself couldn't have been more thoughtfully or efficiently handled.
As he had mentioned, there were a couple of items to take the following week but all went smoothly.

I recently used Cardiff House Clearance to dispose of the contents of my mother’s house. I obtained a few quotes and Steve’s was the best as he took money off the price to take into account items he could sell. The team he sent turned up on time, were very efficient and friendly.
