Worst experience ever.
I've paid 170euro (120euro for bathrobes and 48 euro for shipping) for two bathrobe which is already not cheap but then when I was waiting for it, UPS with who they send it ( I had no idea about it, they choose the sender that's why I paid 48 euros) asked me 40euros more to take it!!! When I ask them to refund me because the bathrobes was becoming really expensive for me, they said no and didn't want to do anything!
They said it's feeds of my country so they don't know and it's on me. They have a business and they don't even know the cost of shipping and they are not helpful
