Hi, I'm Jamie, I am a wedding photographer based in Washington, Tyne & Wear (right between Newcastle & Sunderland). I'm married to my gorgeous Wife, Cheryl. We have a baby girl called Mina and a little Jack Russell called Peggy.
I'm a full time wedding photographer based in the North East of England so naturally the majority of weddings I shoot locally are Newcastle Wedding Photography, Sunderland Wedding Photography, Durham Wedding Photography, Northumberland Wedding Photography etc. but I love to travel and have shot weddings all across the UK, and around the World.I love what I do and that shows in my work.

My wife and I were lucky enough to have Jamie as the photographer for our big day. It was a great success and the photos he captured to document our day really did it justice.
He was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process; including being informative and attentive to my wife incessant pestering over online messaging before and after the event.
We met for a pre-shoot at Beamish Museum on our request. Jamie explained how he would like to approach the big day and we practised some poses under his direction. We were asked our expectations and preferences and Jamie was happy to accommodate our every need. The pictures from the pre shoot were sent before the wedding and the results gave us a great indication we had selected the right guy.
On the Big Day Jamie blended in with all our guests enabling candid and happy shots of our friends and family. He was able to organise and deploy the guests for the big group shots with his friendly demeanour. All to great results. Jamie even went above and beyond and went out of his way to collect our fussy eating son a McDonalds happy meal before our dinner service. This was an exceptionally kind touch.
After a few weeks we finally got our photos in a very classy package. much to my nagging wife's delight. we sat and watched the well crafted and soundtracked slideshow of our big day and it was almost like reliving the day (which went over so quickly on the day). Much to the photographers credit. Great job. 100% recommend.

Jamie shot our wedding at the south causey inn on 20th august and he was absolutely amazing! We’ve just had our preview pictures back which are beautiful so can’t wait to see the rest. All of our guests commented on how friendly and lovely he was and made everyone feel at ease. Not only did he have great ideas for pictures, he was fab with all of the children and it was a pleasure to have him as part of our day. Our pre wedding photo shoot was so fun and he finally managed to teach me my left from my right haha. Thank you so much Jamie!!
