Robert Blake & Peter Kerin established Oak Developments in 2010 and specialise in projects from one off high specification properties to bespoke developments anywhere from 2 to 10 residential homes on any one site, as well as having a vast knowledge and experience in Listed barns and converting them into stylish, quality homes.
Working as the Main Contractor for Hertfordshire based development company Peter David Homes, the site was previously a former bungalow and Lime Kiln with out buildings, planning permission granted for seven, four bedroom new build detached luxury family homes. Each detached family home offers generous well-proportioned accommodation of 2100 sq.

We highly recommend this company !! We had a double side extension with garage built by the boys and their team - it was outstanding. We are so pleased with their work.
