All of our vehicles come with our own in-house JL Vans warranty. In the very rare event that the purchased vehicle has a problem, you simply bring it back to JL Vans and we will take care of your issue (please call the office to discuss how this works if you are buying from a distance). Extended RAC warranties are available from 6 months to 2 years.
Our trusted delivery partner, Bridgefoot Vehicle Transport, are a family run company based in Warrington. We have a long-standing relationship with the team at Bridgefoot and trust them to pick up and drop off vehicles for us all over the UK. If you choose to have your new van delivered you can rely on us to make sure that your new van arrives as expected and when expected (subject to traffic jams of course).

Bought a van off jl vans just before christmas quality service from start to finish was a couple of small issues was told to take it back they will sort it which they have no quibbles no small print saying that's not covered everything is covered no matter how small or big highly recommended to anyone after a vehicle

We recently purchased a Renault Master from JL Vans. (December 2021)
This is the first time we have purchased a van and we were purchasing as we are looking to convert into a campervan.
The reason that we decided to deal with JL Vans was due to their excellent reviews on Google and Autotrader and also after visiting their website which showed them to be a professionally run dealership.
I first enquired about the van we wanted to purchase via phone and arranged for photos and a video to be sent to me (I live several hours away from JL Vans).
As promised photos were sent over the next 24 hours

Recently purchased a Vauxhall Movano in great condition and low mileage. Excellent customer services and the customer aftercare has been second to none. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I feel this is warranted. Bought a Van off these guys a few moths ago had a battery light on which they fixed. With it being a works van had a slight knock on the wheel arch a few weeks ago and the arch practically crumbled was full of filler (up to 5mm in places) filling that I had a puncture last night and… there was no wheel nut and key for removing the spare tire leaving me stranded where I was. JL vans boast that all vans have a 50 point check before leaving so how has this happened? Looks like they botch up the vans and re spray to me, very

Service Excellent ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service from start to finish Neil looked after us from the minute we arrived to look at vans until we picked up our chosen van the following week, it was all prepared exactly as arranged and everything was made easy , I would highly recommend JL vans and would make them first port of call

I had had a bad experience buying a van recently so was cautious.
I viewed the van at JL online and it looked good.
Everything I was promised on email and phone I got.
I am very pleased with the van and it was better than even I expected.
Freshly cleaned inside and out, paperwork all ready when I collected.
I will certainly go back to them for my next van. They have a great selection and all look in great condition. Very good experience.

Having purchased a van from JLAutos I can't praise them enough. Even with covid they gave me the keys to two vans aa left me too look round. We negotiated a deal and I wS away within an hour from start to finish. The van was as described if not better. Very happy customer and if required will deal again. 5 stars
