The fact that Nikki's first experience of the events industry came whilst she was working as a banqueting waitress at the Stakis Blackpool is a decent indication of how long ago it is, the hotel having become the Hilton a long time since. Nikki worked in operations and event delivery before forging a sales career, eventually representing a regional cluster of hotels for prestigious firm, Principal Hayley.

So we stopped in to try this new place out. We LOVED it! It's only been open 4 months and was packed at 5pm on a Saturday evening. We tried all 8 beers and loved them all! The staff was friendly, chatty, and helpful. There was outside seating with a heater and a food truck selling the most delicious smelling food. We will definitely be back to sit and have a beer or to buy a growler to take home. We're so happy such a great microbrewery has moved to our neighborhood!
