Quedgeley House Dental Practice
Welcome to Quedgeley Dental Practice, where we offer high quality dental care and advice to ensure that you are able to choose the right dental treatment for you. Our treatments range from a simple dental examination to more complex types of treatments such as minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, implant placement or complex root canal therapy and we are committed to work to the highest possible standards where your comfort and wellbeing is our priority.

The practice is taking part in the NHS Dental Prototype Scheme, this is being implemented by the NHS and the Department of Health to look at new ways of providing the care you need to improve your oral health.
Services
Through our partnerships with Regional Area Teams, we provide dental care and oral health advice that are necessary to keep your mouth, teeth and gums healthy. We aim to provide preventative dentistry to help you avoid extensive dental treatments. The NHS tells us how we must charge you for NHS dental services and the amount you pay depends on the treatments you need.
We welcome referrals for your patients who may need additional complex treatments that can be provided by one of our Specialists or dentists with additional skills so that they can have the best possible care for treatments planned by you.

Treatments may range from a root filling or extraction of a tooth to more complex implant placement and restoration, but whatever their treatment plan entails you can be assured that you patient will have the best possible care and we will communicate their patient journey with you throughout.

The worst dental practice I have I've seen. My husband and I went to register with them in March this year and were told we'll be registered by June, June came and were still not registered, August, September same story. I called again today as I really need treatment but was told still not registered, won't be until next year and they're not even apologetic about it. NHS hospitals are the busiest health services at the moment but their waiting list is at least 3-6 months.

Not been able to see them for nearly 2 years due to the pandemic and they have just cancelled my appointment less than 2 weeks before with no explanation given. Next appointment offered is a 4 MONTH wait.
This is not the 1st time this has happened to me.
In the past I have had an 8:30 appointment and nit gone in till gone 9.
Worst dentist surgery ever.

Awful dentist. Impossible to get an appointment then they cancel every appointment you make with them. Don't waste your own time.

Despite these difficult times I recently received wonderful service from phone call, to temporary filling to a new crown, very pleased.

The actual dentists themselves are wonderful but the reception team are disorganised and impolite.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment that the practice don’t cancel. I’ve had several appointments cancelled by them for check ups over the past 2-3 years. Emergency care seems almost non existent unless you meet certain criteria. Severe pain that has been ongoing for four weeks apparently isn’t one of them. Advice is poor: take pain killers and use (some kind of) mouth wash. Absolutely no advice on what to do if that doesn’t work. Simply informed that the directions came from head office…

Previously gave nothing but good feedback for this practice. I visited them again in May this year and was given a temporary filling. I was given a follow up appointment in June but they cancelled it. I called them back to re-arrange and was told the earliest appointment is now November!
I mentioned my temporary filling is virtually gone and needs sorting. I have been told to do my own dentistry in the meantime and buy a temporary filling kit!
There seems to be a few complaints about appointments being cancelled. I know some practices cancel NHS appointments to make way for private ones. I hope

Hi had to go in to see an emergency dentist for a broken tooth and an cist from the damage. James was fantastic, really calm, thoughtful and made the experience so easy. I believe it was also Laura that was assisting and she was great too. Really impressed and I've had some bad dentists over the the years. The whole experience was mkre than I could have asked🙏

Brilliant. Was petrified of dentists, refused to go for 22 years. Super friendly, explained everything that was happening at every stage. Sorted my tooth and my phobia in one go. Top Mark's from me
