We've been established for over 18 years and know the area inside out. We concentrate on selling in Sydenham, Forest Hill, Penge, Anerley, Crystal Palace and Beckenham - we have a local focus and don't spread ourselves too thinly. We bought a property sold by PropertyWorld. Our vendors bought the property from them originally, which was already a good sign. Estate agents tend to be pretty awful, so we had low expectations, but these guys are fantastic! We worked closely with both Kevin and Dan, who were really reliable, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process, promptly responding whenever we needed anything and making the entire stressful process of house buying much smoother. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

We’ve had a great experience selling (twice) with Property World, and buying our next home. In a world of dodgy estate agents, Dan, Richard and the team are honest, genuine and know their onions when it comes to selling property.
Unlike a lot of agents they help manage the chain, listen to your moving requirements and know the streets of Sydenham and Penge like the back of their hand. They’re always prompt in communication, down to earth and professional. Would highly recommend.
