Friendly staff with great service. Were able to do exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. If you have the time, check out the coffee shop downstairs.

I have had 2 bespoke frames and I was thrilled on both occassions. The pictures were framed with non reflective glass and are absolutely stunning. I am happy to recommend them if you are looking for unique frames.

Such a fantastic shop, the staff are super nice and friendly and always happy to help and answer any questions and queries, super cute little dogs as well! Very welcoming and overall an amazing business. I've never had any complaints! Glad to see them still open and working even harder especially during this time. :)

Very helpful in identifying starter items for watercolour painting and sketching for my daughter. Looking forward to the ceramics and cafe reopening in due course.

I love this place!! I've been coming here for 20 years and I still think there are some things I've not yet seen. There is such a vast array of arts and craft equipment ranging from craft kits for toddlers right up to professional products for artists. There is now an art gallery on the middle floor as you go in. The artist Frith Johnson has some amazing paintings and sculptures, plus downstairs there is now a small cafe and art studio. Frith runs lessons and workshops from here too. There is also an area called the Trading Post where there are a few small businesses selling artisan gifts and goodies

So helpful in helping me find painting products for the right place in these uncertain times. After a morning of helping me find the right paints, brushes and materials I had a swift delivery to my door with 0 contact and all the products perfect. Definitely recommend!

I ordered some decopatch bits to keep the children entertained for a bit (during lockdown). Niki was amazing and so helpful. I paid over the phone, and she delivered the items the same afternoon! Have since ordered more bits! Love shopping locally x

Took some really cheap prints in to be framed, wanting something quite simple. They recommended extras (eg double mount) to really make the pictures zing. It cost more but have utterly transformed the prints. Very pleased with the finished products!

We were getting married and had bought a frame online as a wedding guest book - never again shall we buy a frame online. It arrived and it was so cheap it fell apart. This was a few days before the wedding! So we went into the picture framing shop to see if they can help us - and the service was brilliant! Friendly staff who knew what we wanted - excellent choice of frame and speedy turnaround. It was so good we came back to get our of our wedding presents framed with them!

Worth a visit. There is an amazing range of art and crafts supplies: every kind of ink, paint, brushes, canvas, paper, card, instruments, tools. There are galleries with every kind of painting, drawing, ceramics.
They do a huge range of framing bespoke to your individual needs.
Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, don't hesitate to ask them for advice.
A new redevelopment is underway which should be complete soon, it looks good as well have a cafe and ceramic studio for clay work. A large kiln is now installed for onsite during. I understand that some evening events are being

The shop has a wide variety of products that is usefull. My granny needed a piece of glass for a frame to put a crossstitch in and one off the staf members had a piece of glass cut too size for her. The art gallery above the shop is also cute and amazing cos of the size. There are many pieces in that room above.

Had excellent service from the staff and very happy with my pictures they have framed. Lots of lovely crafty bits and pieces for gifts and projects.
