The worst driving I've ever seen. Was behind them from totnes Road Paignton all the way up the dual carriage way to Torquay. Speeding and changing lane all the time. Nearly hit my car twice. Cut up lots of cars and nearly hit a few. They thought they owned the road. Seriously dangerous driving.

Gavin successfully delivered a very heavy parcel today and waited patiently while workmen removed their van so that he could negotiate my steep drive. He then made room in my shed for the parcel solving the problem of where to put the package until the item could be installed. I was impressed and grateful for his patience and willingness to solve problems.

There's nothing logistical about their drivers repeatedly crashing through our street and trashing mature trees in their oversized vehicles in the process. My complaints have gone unanswered.
Don't use these clowns. They deserve to go out of business.

Emailed an enquiry, no response. Called and chased, no response. Emailed and called again etc. No idea what they are like as a logistics company, never got that far!

If you value your time and reputation, do not use SW Logistics. Missing pallets, broken goods, very late deliveries.
Using unsuitable vehicles for small drops. Their hold music lies

Driving like an idot! on the M4 between Neath & Port Talbot cut me up on a busy road with no gap to pull out but he wanted out...No thought all for other drivers safety on the road.

Think they own the road, pulls out in front of you and then give you the finger, also had a pallet of goods delivered by them 2 weeks late then they recharged me for it, avoiding them at all cost is best

Deliveries always late.
Sending articulated lorries to residential addresses, no pallet trucks for offloading.
Part delivery of shipments. Drivers rarely helpful.
Double stacking pallets resulting in damages.
Fed up with the lack of service, look elsewhere.
