Shiel buses is really a good economical option if one wants to travel within or nearby places to Fort Williams. Though the frequency of buses is on lower side but the connectivity overall is good. Also, drivers are very cooperative and provide lots of inputs if you are new to the place.

My local service. Hand gel at the front of the bus. I feel safe and drivers are friendly.

Very helpful ppl. They saved us by putting on a substitute mirror on our coach. It was destroyed by a lorry on the narrow roads. Thank you guys! David is a hero!

The service is punctual, but some of the drivers attitude towards passengers is shocking no manner at all! Had a cup of coffee on the 919 service to Inverness today 25/3/19 driver was abrupt saying you need a lid on that or your not getting on you could burn someone I said that the bus is dead doesn't matter he said youve got 3min to do what you want with it! If he had been polite about it I'd happily oblige, it's ashame as some of the other drivers locally are very pleasant bad ambassador to what is overall a good service.

Very ignorant and inconsiderate drivers, we were stuck in our car due to an accident on the A82 on the hottest day of the year with two Scottish terriers who were really panting and needed to get to a shaded area to cool down, we decided to turn around to get to a lay-by to water the dogs in the loch, but we got stuck behind a shiel coach, the driver kept stopping to inform other coaches of the accident even though we made her aware of our situation, but didn’t care, furthermore she cause more tailbacks by her actions as people were turning around to reroute and causing problems for the ambulance
