Services
We offer an installation service for customers who prefer the original equipment manufacturers to fit and commission their equipment. For retro-fit or replacement, removal of the old equipment can be undertaken as part of the contract. A team of DuroWiper engineers can fit and commission the new equipment at your convenience.
DuroWipers are specified on the new Shannon Class Lifeboat where the conditions they encounter are treacherous; they need clear vision at all times and after many hundreds of hours of tests DuroWipers were the only choice. DuroWipers patented design transfers the power from the motor to the two spindles equally meaning both spindles drive unlike any other marine wiper in the World.
Specifically developed for the Train Industry is the Class 90's compact design retains the twin bearing movement and 80Nm Motor. Train Wipers have to combat a cocktail of corrosive elements created by gasses, acids and salts. The extensive use of AISI 316 Stainless Steel throughout our Wipers ensure that we are successful in combating these corrosive elements.
Visibility for crane operators is a priority, and the weather conditions that confront Oil Rigs can seriously inhibit the operators view. DuroWipers have a specific range with multiple options to address these issues. As DuroWipers are twin drive (both spindles drive) the performance is far superior than any other wiper in the market place.
