The building was designed by the famous English architect Charles Lanyon who also designed many of Northern Irelands most iconic buildings of the era and most notably Queens University in Belfast. It has served many purposes and originally it was built as a shirt factory although most locals in the town would remember it as a bottling plant.
It also housed US rangers during the second world war but it was modernised in 1999 and it has found it's current use as a modern office block ever since. For tenants the building offers a very unique business setting with high ceilings and a lot of large windows giving each office ample space and light which when combined with the modern finish offers a unique working environment.
