They put lots of effort into getting my rather mucky coat looking like new. Took the time to explain what they'd done and where things couldnt be improved - but i think they were being perfectionists as it looked great to me. great value, nice friendly service.

Very poor customer service. Three piece suit returned dirty still in protective covering. No full refund offered. Manager very defensive and accusatory. Will not be using again.

Awful service. They declared my garments wouldn't be ready for 4 days. When asked if there were any other services locally, the gentleman behind the counter rudely sneered, then laughed and falsely claimed to be the only dry cleaners in Altrincham. Avoid.
