TruClothing was the birth child from a long running family business that originally started in the early 80's. Back then 5 brothers came with nothing to the UK to make a better life for themselves and their families & had a vision of manufacturing, wholesaling & retailing natural leather goods such as bags and jackets.
The business grew from strength to strength starting in Petticoat lane market then expanding to 30 stores across the UK at its peak! The key goal was always in providing the best quality products at a competitive price with customer satisfaction being the pivotal driving factor. As the family grew bigger the brothers decided it best to branch out and each brother took a branch of the business and made it their own.

Wanted a suit urgently so ordered one online with Next Day delivery service. They sent the wrong size! How hard is it to pack the size that has been ordered? Rubbish quality too. Returned and was not refunded the premium delivery service I paid so lost money and a lot of time dealing with them, not to mention the massive inconvenience caused. Customer service is awful and they email you with broken English and grammatical mistakes. Avoid.

Super Service today from the team.
Called and said because of a delayed wedding the suit I had brought for my son was now too small and told them the details of the suit.
They had the size I needed in stock, drove down there and exchanged the suit with no drama and no stress.
Great service and lovely guys all round

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star they are a total sham and joke.
I ordered a suit for a very important week of meetings and they were exceptional at messing my whole time up. They sent out the wrong suit. After ringing up they told me it was the right one without even looking at my order. After arguing with the person on the phone he said it was an error. They had all my details to contact me but instead they taught they could fob me off with the wrong suit. The person on the phone was more concerned that he was now late for finishing work. They tried again to fob me off with a lousy 10

Poor quality products and terrible customer service. I bought a winter jacket in a size small, I messaged them before hand to check what the measurements were, when it arrived it was larger than they had stated so it didn't fit. Luckily it did fit my partner. However, after wearing it only once you could tell how poor the quality was, it's very cheap material. Certainly not worth the money spent on it. I contacted the company who told me I could go ahead and try and get a refund but they know I will get nothing back and they appeared very happy about this. They were extremely rude and difficult

I was a bit hesitant buying a suit online but I will definitely use TruClothing again. Great service on a return and love the suit I bought.
The first suit I bought I changed the options for different Trouser size and ended up buying the wrong size Blazer/Waistcoat. I only had a few days before the event so instead of opting to do an exchange I bought the correct size and contacted them about a return.
They got back to me withing 24hrs and I was able to set up a free return label as my order was over £50.
Within 24 hours of sending that one back I was contacted to confirm I would be refunded

Was after a new pair of boots, I live in a city and am just 25 minutes walk from my desk job so not a tough environment for footwear.
Initially I was sent a pair of size 7s instead of 11s and had to prove it was their error (due to a an issue in their ordering system, be warned) so they'd cover postage for the return and replacement as they blamed me initially. So after ordering on September 20th I finally had my boots in the right size on 2nd of October.
They seemed great, comfortable and warm, boots perfect for the time of year. In UNDER 30 days the soles were splitting around the ball of each
