We offer ready mix concrete for commercial and domestic projects at fair and competitive prices. Ready-mixed concrete is delivered in modern trucks with rotating barrels, which keep the concrete workable by agitation. The concrete is actually 'mixed' at the ready-mix plant. The ready-mixed concrete trucks are often wrongly described as cement mixers or cement trucks.
Based across Cornwall and Devon, we have ready mix concrete available for any domestic and commercial housing project. Durable concrete placed as a firm, solid base for walls. Suitable for external use as driveways, patios, paths, car ports and other areas exposed to the weather. Internal flooring suitable for within the home, shops, offices or garages.
From paving to livestock housing, our ready-mix concrete is perfect for the agricultural sector. Paving strength ready mix concrete is highly durable for use on paved areas subjected to not only the moving and scraping of farm vehicles and equipment but the elements as well, particularly frost. Ready mix load-bearing concrete for internal concrete flooring in storage buildings.
We have a range of mobile concrete pumps and conveyors for all of our clients' needs, both truck mounted boom pumps and conveyors as well static line pumps. Our mortar and screeds are perfect for all types of purposes including: bricklaying, bedding of small concrete components such as ridge tiles, and for the sealing of certain types of paving. For everyday definition purposes, a concrete is a cementitious material containing aggregates with dimensions greater than 5 mm, whereas a mortar is a cementitious material containing aggregates with dimensions less than 5mm.
