Very happy with Metropolitan Insulation - highly recommend them.
When moving to a new flat we needed to sound proof it. James and his team, unlike other sound proofing companies, did not try to make us do useless things and make us pay as much as possible. Instead, they quickly identified the source of the issue and fixed it in a timely manner.

I couldn't play my grand piano because of complaining neighbours, then I decided to soundproof my study and move the piano in there. After sending out a few enquires, Metropolitan Insulation was quick to respond and after a site visit, James came up with a very reasonable quotation within my budget and arranged a date for the works.
