Hardy Soft Play Hire are a family business based in South Cumbria. We started the business as we had trouble finding a party entertainment supplier in this area. We have 2 young children and we wanted a reliable company, with great quality equipment, that met and exceeded all the safety requirements, at a reasonable price.
Hardy Soft Play offers the widest range of Party Packages across South Cumbria, the Lake District & North Lancashire. We offer a huge choice of entertainment options, featuring all of your favourite bouncy castles and soft play but also many unique items including our Caterpillar Train Assault Course, Princess Carriage Inflatable and Air Juggler Ball Pools.
Our Soft Play is designed for the under 5s. This safe, fun equipment will allow the smallest guests at the party to have a great time and keep out of mischief! We have different Soft Play kits, so you can choose which is most suitable for you. All of our equipment is checked before each rental to ensure that it is safe and clean and ready to use.
Why should kids have all the fun? We have a great selection of bouncy castles or inflatables which are suitable for teenagers and adults all across Southern Cumbria & Northern Lancashire. If you are planning a teenagers birthday anywhere in the South Lakes this could be the answer. Inflatables are great fun for all ages and our Disco Dome provides the disco experience too.
Inflatable Slides are a great item to have on their own or alongside a Bouncy Castle for extra fun! These can be rented for a private event, or they are great for School Fairs and Village Galas. All of our inflatable slides are tested annually, and come with safety matting and the correct anchorage required by the Health and Safety Executive.

Excellent, professional service. Hardy's did everything they could to accommodate changes to our plan, everything was confirmed by email and the party stuff provided was fabulous! Kids absolutely loved the pirate ball pool with blowers on the side. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using for future parties.

Booked Hardys soft play hire for a bouncy castle for my sons birthday party. They were super efficient with replying and helping decide which one to hire. Service was excellent!
On the day they were prompt and the bouncy castle was perfect for the occasion. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

I hired one of the larger castles (with slide) for my sons christening in November, and I’m so glad I did!
I had originally booked the christening for July, however due to my son having to isolate, we unfortunately had to cancel. It was hassle free and simple to cancel/rearrange the date, and Jenette was understanding and really helpful.
I rearranged the christening for November, and the communication up until, and on the day was great, with the delivery and collection being prompt and friendly.
Would definitely recommend Harry’s for any soft play, book with confidence.

Amazing service. Used Hardy’s Soft Play Hire for a school event and they were brilliant from start to finish. Students (and staff) absolutely loved the Hungry Hippo game and when the forecast wasn’t looking great they were helpful in trying to problem solve to make a plan to get the inflatable indoors as back up. We will definitely be using them again.
