From the moment we walked into the showroom we received nothing but friendly, professional advice from Neil. Making sure that we in no way would select the wrong thing for our home.
We, with his advice, selected the carpet we needed for our Living Room, Hall and dining room...no fuss.
The fitters, Gareth and Joel, were outstanding. Very friendly and polite. Watching them work was an eye opener. Extremely professional, though why should we expect anything else.

Neil's advice has been invaluable and I would recommend Cwmbran Carpet Centre to everyone.

I would use them again..... 100%:) great service form Neil and his team!! amazing selection of carpets available from all price ranges, what makes the difference is the customer service and knowledge. Neil gave great advice and suggestions and also numerous samples to take home first to try. Finally then we made a decision and got the stairs and landing fully fitted.
