Fanuc 21i control, 660 mm swing over bed, 440 swing over saddle, 2000 mm distance between centres, 140mm through bore spindle, . Although we don't have ISO9001 we run a fully documented quality system based upon the requirements of ISO 9001 and traceable to national standards by the use of NAMAS certified company standards equipment fully calibrated and traceable.

We produce machined and manufactured items, taking your tooling needs through design and prototyping phases, delivering accurate jigs, fixtures and special purpose machinery. Our skills and experience enable us to give simple and cost effective solutions to complex tooling problems.
We produce precision machined and manufactured components to your drawings or CAD models, including. We happily produce large quantities of batch production items or single one offs. We are experienced in machining the following specialist materials, Monel, K500/400, Inconel, titanium, tufnol, plastic, Tool Steel, as well as more common materials.
