Your Property Manager will carry out property checks every six months, ensuring you're kept up-to-speed with the condition of your property.
At Stonehouse Lettings, we provide every landlord with their own dedicated Property Manager and Property Manager Assistant; whether you have one property or a portfolio of properties. The Property Manager and Assistant are also the points of contact for your tenants; ensuring they have a direct team to deal with should they require any assistance during their tenancy.

Excellent service. Natalie was always very quick to respond to any query I had. Collection of keys was easy. Natalie also replied promptly to my concerns around items of furniture not being replaced as agreed prior to collecting keys. I trust that Natalie will resolve this matter and has given me time scales of when this will be carried out.

Excellent service, Gill Anand arranged a viewing on the same day I called (this is unfortunately a rarity in Aberdeen). The flat is great and was cleaned to a very high standard when I moved in only a weak after the viewing. When you need a property manager, both phone and email are answered quickly and competently.

My partner and myself are new to the letting industry so were a bit apprehensive about letting our property however after having a meeting with Natalie Edwards to go over everything we now feel a lot more comfortable with it and feel like we are in good hands. Natalie Edwards was the estate agent who dealt with my inquiry about a property. She was very fast at responding to me and was more than helpful with everything that we asked about. I was looking to move into a property quickly and Gill Annand was there to assist me with the process. I found her to be professional in approach and her warm manner worked to put me at ease.
