Services
Glan Morfa Caravan Park has been developed by partners Berwyn Parry and Rhian Jones with the aim of offering a quality, clean and modern caravan park for visitors to Snowdonia and the Morfa Bychan area. It's a family affair with everyone, including children Erin and Osian, helping out. Having being in development since 2011, the family can't wait to see the site open in Easter 2013 and Berwyn can finally take a break.
There are many activities that you can get involved in during your stay with us, explore the fantastic beaches all within walking distance from the Caravan Park. Have a go at walking Snowdon, visit the famous village of Portmeirion or ride on the Ffestiniog Railway. The video on the right gives you a snapshot of what the area has to offer, you can also download a PDF brochure of activities.
An added attraction at Glan Morfa Mawr Caravan Park is a three acre, on-site coarse fishing lake. Previously a trout fishery this pretty lake set in stunning scenery has recently been stocked with a mix of silver fish and some carp. The lake is managed by Tom, Jane and Bedwyr of Eisteddfa Fisheries Ltd.

This family run caravan park offers an idyllic base from which to explore the local area and further afield. On arrival, park up and visit reception. You are given a fob for the entry barrier and a key for the showers/loos.It is a well laid out, clean and very tidy site with a clearly marked one way system for vehicles and pathways for pedestrians. The pitches are of slate and are bordered by hedges for privacy. EHU and water available at each pitch and bin and Elsan areas are conveniently situated. There is waste water disposal for motorhomes/camper vans. This site is Covid 19 aware with good signage

The site cannot be faulted on its state, itβs immaculate. But the shower block and toilets are closed all night until 7. Not great if you have Crohns. Then they close again from 12-2 in the day. The pitches are covered in slate. Which due to its near impossible penetrative makeup means you need a jack hammer or industrial style tool kit to pitch up your awning. The place is quiet due to it size and having the atmosphere of Gods waiting room.
