Rural Partners Limited offers a drawing and design service for Land Agents, Agricultural Engineers and Private Clients. We pride ourselves on offering Independent advice concerning all aspect of Rural Building Design, from scheme design to project management. Our experience includes Livestock Units, Grain Stores, Packing and Chill Stores, Abattoirs, Industrial Buildings and Farm Building Conversions.

As a qualified Agricultural Engineer with 40 years' experience specialising in building design, I can offer my experience in detailed designing and planning that provides every project the attention to detail it deserves to ensure it surpasses our customers' requirements. On completion of the detailed design phase, we liaise with planners, submit the application, and supervise its passage through the planning system.

We have a small dedicated team who specialise in providing a bespoke mapping service at affordable prices. Through using the latest digital software we produce high quality and accurate plans in paper and digital format that are utilised by Farmers, Estate owners, Land Agents and Local Authorities for Planning Applications as well as other businesses.

Parkhouse Farm is situated 10 miles to the West of Rothbury in the Coquet Valley on the edge of Northumberland National Park. The farm extends to 320 acres of which 275 acres are permeant pasture and is in an Entry Level and Organic Higher Level Stewardship Scheme which runs until 2020.

We have a small herd of Suckler cows and a flock of Blackface Ewes, some of which are crossed with a Blue Faced Leicester to breed replacement mules for a neighbouring farm.
