Our passion is creating exciting stands, that can be re-imagined for different exhibition space, saving you money, and helping you to exhibit in a cost-efficient and renewable way. We create your stand, within a rigorous production process, delivering perfect results every time. We won't hold you to any contract, because we know you'll keep coming back, as long as we're providing you with great results!
With our unique free-hire, we manage the entire project for you: show administration, design and graphics, production, and final installation and dismantle. This option is enormously popular because it's flexible and efficient while making strong commercial sense. On your future stands, you again use our 'free hire' stand structure but reuse your graphic panels, greatly reducing ongoing costs.
For some exhibitors, the freedom to own and self build exhibition stands is the perfect solution. Ownership enables you to self exhibit, whenever you want, without the involvement of exhibition stand contractors. Your self build exhibition stand is designed in the Prestige Events System, only available from Quadrant2Design.
One of the interesting aspects of working at Quadrant2Design is that we get to work with so many different industry sectors. And because we design and build, around 600 stands a year, we have lots of experience in assimilating the design aesthetics, needs and priorities, of different sectors. We photograph most of the exhibits we create, and over the years, this has grown into a great source of exhibition inspiration.

We have used Quadrant for 7 years now on various projects from small scale events to large international exhibitions and have never been disappointed. The stands are easy to put up yourself if you are on a budget, or the team can send their experts along to ensure there are no problems for large events when you need that extra level of help. We have always received excellent customer care and help whenever it is needed. I would highly recommend quadrant to anyone.

Quadrant2Design's procedures from initial enquiry through to stand acceptance & sign off at the show produce an easy & seamless experience for the client in what can otherwise be quite a time consuming complicated process. All of this is aided by friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff, on this occasion Project Manager Rachael and James for Graphic Design.
