Founded in 2007 G P Service is proud to be a multi service provider, our background is Domestic Appliance Repair which we still offer in Plymouth & Tavistock, the main part of our established business is Fire Extinguisher Servicing, Sales & Portable Appliance Testing ( PAT Testing ).
We are Authorised Service Agents for Magimix, Bissell, AEG, Zanussi and Electrolux ( floorcare & small appliances), plus, for larger appliances service agents for Statesman & Hoover Candy dealers.For Fire Extinguisher Servicing we are BAFE qualified & members of the UK Fire Association.

We carry out all servicing to BS5306 pts 3 & 8. Please contact us with any questions you have. At present we carry out servicing for schools, garages, office units, letting agents, boat yards, shops, holiday parks & community centres.
We offer affordable PAT Testing : Our customers include, Shops, Garages, Churches, Pubs, Holiday Lets, Clubs, Schools, Salons and more. We charge 25 to call out this includes PAT testing of 25 items, we then charge 1 per item. If you have over 100 items we can give you discount on larger amounts. Being Engineers we also can quote to repair any items that fail & we do not charge any extra labour for changing plugs or fuses.

We have had a great experience using this company. Very professional. Geoff checked with us every step of the way we were happy with the service. Including making the oven wire longer for ease of cleaning etc. Caroline was always very helpful working on times that would work for us also with giving us an update on expected time for Geoff's arrival which was on point. What a pleasure to have such a lovely guy here on site this morning, I find Geoff Pithouse LCGI of GP Service, such a lovely man who's customer service is second to none. Geoff has been along today here at the QStore Business Centre to service all of our many fire extinguishers, would I recommend Geoff, YES, highly.

I had a bad experience with another Plymouth Company that was called out to check the oven in my rented home after reporting issues to my agents. They supposedly did a function test (but waving your hand inside and saying its getting warm is NOT a function test) - this company is still trying to charge me for this! After this my letting agents were incline not to believe me, even though I have been here for nearly 3 years - and know when an oven isn't heating correctly. I was without the use of a reliable oven for 6 months - sorry I digress, my Letting agents contacted GP Service to come out to

I've used Geoff a couple of times; once to get me a tumble dryer and once to fix a broken coffee appliance. His knowledge of electronics system is vast and he always has a ready and friendly smile to go along with his professionalism.
