Mister Kanish are one of the UK's hottest wedding and event entertainment bands. From our base in Hampshire in the south east of the UK we've played 100s of weddings and events all over the world. Our unique style includes Mumford and Sons tinged folk, guitar led 90s dance and UK garage, and modern and classic pop and rock that'll get you and your guests flooding the dance floor from the word go.

Services
We've played gentle acoustic sets at 3pm surrounded by serene Welsh hills. We've played 21st birthday parties where the host has drunkenly demanded an extra set at 3am, and the stage is drenched in booze. We've played to the most hardcore party goers until 4am in a historic Spanish Villa, or next to beautiful infinity pools in the seaside hills of Majorca.
While we offer music for all types of events wedding entertainment is our passion! Mister Kanish began as a wedding band in 2006 and since then we've played at over 50 functions a year across the world. We are based in Hampshire in the South East but have performed all over the UK as well as at weddings in Dublin, The Isle of Man, Strasbourg, The Dordogne, Madrid, and Majorca.
We've been performing together since 2006 and have never had to cancel a booking. This means we have the experience and reliability to deliver as the live band at your corporate event. We've played for clients as diverse as Microsoft, Prudential, White Stuff, Merrill Lynch, and Williams Martini Racing amongst others, as well as events in the South of France, Majorca, The Isle of Man, and Madrid.
With our two distinct styles, our set is well suited to music festivals. We have played several, including Oktoberfest 2017 where we played to over 24,000 beer fans over the course of 2 weekends. We play the folk of Mumford and Sons, mixed with the 90s pop, dance and r'n'b sounds of Montell Jordan, Faithless, and Sisqo, alongside rocking tunes by bands like Oasis, Rage Against The Machines, and The Killers.
The five piece line-up will always be Dave, Ollie, Andy, Chris and Ben unless something crazy comes up for one of them last minute. 99% of the time it's the five of us and we rarely perform without at least four original members.
