Had living room carpet fitted in living room Monday 13th September. Really lovely carpet and very helpful couple lads who fitted the carpet. Done a good job. And thanku for the help and advice for picking a good colour choice for me as was unable to get to the shop. I give 5 stars.

Such a professional, friendly and experienced carpet man who achieved a perfect repair on our damaged landing carpet and knee-kicked it back safely under double metal edge from which it had been forcibly removed.
His visit was very much appreciated.

After being totally let down by Carpet right EatonSocon we paid a visit to floored by Ian,
Expecting to pay high street prices we were totally surprised by our visit.
Why we never went to FBI in the first place we don't know, Never again will we go to another big store and promise to shop local and support local business.
From start to finish ordering to fitting it was just two weeks , the carpets were fitted today 1/10/2021 by two young men who are true ambassadors to FBI very good at what they do truly professional many thanks lads.
Once again people Shop local .

Not very professional - we complained about initial quality of work (the flooring was cut too short and didn't run far enough under skirting boards) and took weeks to sort out. Our emails were often ignored. Expected better quality workmanship.

We have used Floored By Ian to carpet various rooms in the house and to fit hardboard & vinyl in the bathroom. Each time the job has been completed quickly and to a high standard. We will be using Floored by Ian again and I would highly recommend them to others!
