Avoid this company.
They will meet the minimum that is required on the contract. If its upto 30 days to respond then its 30 days as they wont spend the money on hiring more engineers.
If its a housing repair that they have to work on they are not intrested in it unless its a replacment item like a cooker as they can bill the work providers.
Countless jobs booked in and engineer reports not read or passed onto new engineers on the job.
All the money taken from cutting corners on the contracts is also not passed onto the engineers.
