From the first appointment when i went in with my Mum, Sophie and Fiona were so lovely and welcoming. They took their time to let me choose and try on various dresses and were honest with their opinions. They asked me what I wanted and listened to me and actively helped me choose dresses along those lines. They were even happy to choose a "curveball" dress when requested and threw themselves into it with great gusto. We went to blossom bridal for my daughters prom dress. My daughter has non epileptic seizures as well as other issues and was really worried about going to try dresses but they made her very welcome and very comfortable. We left with a very happy daughter after she was in her words treated like a princess and made to feel so very special. The dress she got is stunning. We had an issue with my daughters size changing but blossom bridal sorted that out very quickly and all was just perfect. All the ladies that work there are so nice and felt like we all knew eachother as theu wqs so easy going and

Today I said yes to my dress. Absolutely lovely members of staff, they was all so helpful and friendly! I felt so comfortable and at home when trying on dresses, had a lovely time and honestly I cannot wait to go back and try on my dress when it’s ready!

Can absolutely recommend. Excellent customer service. Went wedding dress shopping with my daughter and bridesmaids.
Sophie and her two lovely assistantslooked after us very well and made Jessica feel really special.
She knew what style Jessica wanted and would suit her before she did! Very intuitive. Looking forward to going back for the bridesmaids dresses.

I went to Blossom Bridal to find a wedding dress, although I didn't leave with one Sophie was amazing in helping me find out what style suits me best, and giving me that extra bit of confidence as well as advice I needed to find the one!
It was a wonderful experience, the dresses were all beautiful quality and the range of colours for the bridesmaids dresses is great! Perfect for my colourful wedding!
