At our Fleet and Shepperton osteopathic clinics, where we provide osteopathy & physiotherapy treatments, our philosophy to treating patients is to utilise a holistic approach. Instead of just addressing short term issues, we will look and help with posture, re-assess the types of exercise you do and your overall health, in order to treat the source of the problem.

I would highly recommend Align Osteopathic Clinic.
I had been going to a chiropractor for years before trying an osteopath and I wish I had done so sooner.
At the first appointment James was able to identify the cause of my reoccurring back problem, explain this and the appropriate treatment.
Thanks to James I am now pain free and able to manage the issue long term with the exercises and advice he recommended.

After a visit to Southampton neurology department with compression of the spinal cord , a friend suggested I tried here at Align for some physio on my neck ,shoulder ,back and arm.I am 8 sessions in and the difference has been remarkable.My left arm,shoulder has been out of action for 3 years ,I have had lots of headaches and constant aches in all of the above.
I am not saying it's gentle as James works into all the muscles,but the difference it has made has been life changing literally.

After speaking to my GP about a potential trapped nerve pain in my hip he suggested that I see an Osteopath. I prefer to use local businesses if possible and looked at all the reviews of Osteopaths in my area. Amazing wizards at work here. Having been to the clinic and have been seen by both James and Tish, I can confirm that they both work magic on any aches or pains that I have had. Having had a number if issues with my back, they have always helped me to get back to normal very quickly. I would highly recommend visiting the clinic.

After suffering from back and neck pain for nearly 10 years James managed to ease my pain from the 1st session! I have seen him multiple times now and will be doing so for the foreseeable future. Tish has got me through a variety of sporting injuries and resolved many painful and persistent muscular issues. I’m now a regular visitor for ongoing maintenance. She has an uncanny ability to find the root cause quickly, talks me through what is causing the pain, treats me effectively with appropriate techniques and gives me exercises I can do at home to help recovery.
